How soon should I call to organise a decorating job?
As soon as you can. Some clients begin working with us as early March -especially businesses. As the festive period is only 8 weeks long, the sooner you get in touch the more flexible we can be with your install and take down days.

There is no price list, how much do you cost?
As every job is unique and bespoke it is very difficult for us to provide a price list. Once we fully understand your requirements, we can provide a quotation with various different price options including installation, take down, storage and yearly rental agreements.

Details such as special features, measurements, working height and access to electrical supply can create variations in the price.

What is the difference between your products and the ones bought in shops?

We are proud to purchase our own design of bespoke Christmas decorations and props here in the UK whilst our supplier in the Far East creates the highest standard of LED Christmas lights using the latest technology in energy-saving and safety.

We have access to exclusive products you won’t find on the high street. Our creative team includes fully trained florists who know exactly how to make the displays look stunning.

I haven’t got time to pull a brief together and think about what I want.
You can give us free rein. Let us know your budget and we will work on it for you. We’re also accustomed to working with agents and personal service companies.

I already have Christmas lights & decorations, can you install them?
We can install your existing decorations to accompany our products, however, we cannot install customers’ own lights due to safety and insurance reasons.

I’m very private about my home and not keen on having strangers in my home?
We can absolutely provide a confidentiality agreement if required. We are very discreet and respectful which has earned us such a valued range of clients. All members of staff are there to create an installation that delights the homeowner when they see it. We are more than happy to liaise with agents, personal service companies and concierge services.

Will I need any electrical work carried out on my home before an installation?
If your home has external power then probably not. If it becomes necessary to install an additional power supply this can be carried out by our qualified and insured electricians for an additional cost.

I’d like to see some other projects you have done to inspire me to create the brief.

We can also send you out a brochure with extensive imagery of work that has been completed by us and our wider organisation across the country. We can discuss colour schemes with you including the most popular, what’s on-trend and what will work best with your home or business.
